ONSITES among the top employer brands in Bulgaria in 2022

The annual b2b Media Awards acknowledge businesses and individuals for achievements in building and strengthening the image and popularity of the employer brand. This year, ONSITES was recognized as one of the top companies in the country.

On 15th February 2022, ONSITES had the honor to attend the annual Employer Branding Awards, organized by b2b Media Group. The award ceremony was held at the International Business School in Sofia after having skipped the previous year due to the pandemic regulations. At the prestigious event, ONSITES was selected as one of the leading companies within the country, winning a prize in the category “Management of New Employees”.

Accepting the challenge in pandemic times

The past two years were marked by turbulence for businesses all around – it was a dynamic time for both employers and employees, who had to quickly adapt to changes and emerging challenges. Recognizing the surge of innovative and fresh ideas during this difficult period, the esteemed ceremony distinguished the companies that stood out and developed successful strategies, setting an example in their respective niche. The winners in more than 20 categories, including Employer of the Year, Employer Branding Video, HR Strategy of the Year, Innovation in Talent Education and more, were announced during the official ceremony. Among the distinguished companies were leading brands such as DSK bank, UniCredit Bulbank, Bosch Bulgaria, A1 Bulgaria, LIDL Bulgaria, Kaufland Bulgaria, TBI Bank, dm Bulgaria, and ONSITES. In the category “Management of New Employees”, ONSITES came second just behind the supermarket giant Kaufland.
