After eight years, ONSITES Group is sharper, more confident, and more ambitious than ever. At the 8th anniversary celebration in Port Varna, the message was clear: the most exciting years are still ahead.

The ONSITES Group gathered for an anniversary lunch at the Staria Chinar restaurant in Port Varna. All employees were invited to this special occasion. In his speech, Dr. Mathias Kunze, CEO of ONSITES Group LTD, reflected on what eight years really mean: not just a number, but an enormous amount of hard work, risk, change, and development. He spoke about the phases when everything seemed easy and the moments when suddenly nothing was predictable anymore, recalling the pandemic, global market shifts, technologies changing radically, and now artificial intelligence transforming entire industries at a speed that would have been almost unimaginable just a few years ago.
A Company Made of People
That the corporate group is still here today, Dr. Kunze emphasized, is not by coincidence. It is the result of a team that learned how to stay flexible: people who take responsibility every single day, who think ahead, who find solutions, and who do not give up even during stressful times. “A company is not a website, a logo, or a presentation,” he reminded the team. “A company is made up of people.” He thanked employees for their commitment, their loyalty, and for walking this path together.
A Year of Evolution
Over the past year, ONSITES has continued to evolve: more modern, more international, more technological, and stronger. Artificial intelligence remains the supporting technology shaping all business areas of the corporate group, with concepts developed in previous years now being implemented across the corporate group’s digital platforms.
ONSITES High School in Development
A central focus of the current year is the ongoing development of ONSITES High School, the corporate group’s fully online U.S. high school. Licensed by the Florida Department of Education and operating under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 21001:2018 certifications, ONSITES High School will offer students worldwide an accredited American high school diploma.
The school is built around the realities of international students: rolling enrollment with no fixed start dates, 12-month round schooling, and cross-grade learning that lets students access coursework across grade levels where academically appropriate. AI-StudyMentor, the corporate group’s AI-driven academic support system currently in development, is a core element of the platform, designed to provide students with personalized guidance throughout their studies. Every enrolling student also receives the Freshman Kit, a themed welcome package, and joins the Ambassador Program, the school’s student engagement initiative connecting students across its international community.
Looking Ahead With Energy
The coming years will bring more changes, probably faster than ever before. But that, Dr. Kunze argued, is exactly where the group’s strength lies: in the ability to adapt without losing its identity. “That is why I do not look at the future with fear, but with energy,” he said, thanking the team for being part of the journey and for everything still to come.
