Year-End Review 2025: A Memorable Christmas Event at “Happy House” Varna

“Happy House” provided the perfect setting: cozy, festively decorated, and supported by an attentive, service-oriented team. A generous buffet featuring traditional Bulgarian cuisine framed the evening – ranging from fresh Shopska salads and savory grilled dishes to roasted meats and festive desserts. Drinks such as rakia and wine were served alongside. The entire evening unfolded in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

A special moment of the evening was the speech by CEO Dr. Mathias Kunze. He reflected on the developments of 2025 and thanked all team members for their commitment, reliability, and strong collaboration. At the same time, he looked ahead to the coming year. The year 2026 will focus on qualitative growth, new partnerships, and the targeted further development of our educational projects. A key emphasis will be the expanded use of artificial intelligence – for example through personalized learning paths, adaptive study materials, and the use of generative applications such as individualized exercises or simulations in specialized fields.

The traditional Secret Santa added a light-hearted and personal touch to the evening. The gifts were individually chosen, infused with humor, and showed how well the team knows one another. Ivan received a warm hat and matching gloves to keep him from getting cold in winter – just in case there is no rakia at hand. In anticipation of the upcoming currency change, Vasko received a euro starter set. Krasi was delighted with a 33-year-aged brandy, while Mathias was surprised with a high-quality tea portfolio. The gifts reflected personal details and the close-knit nature of the team.

In addition, the company Santa presented each team member with a wonderful Christmas gift as a token of appreciation. In return, the team surprised the managing director with a joint present – a meaningful sign of mutual respect and team spirit.

Special thanks go to the team at the “Happy House” restaurant for the excellent service and pleasant atmosphere. The Christmas event was a successful conclusion to 2025 and further strengthened team cohesion – an important foundation for the tasks and opportunities that 2026 will bring.
